Ordering Information
Overview
We encourage all our customers to please phone in their order. Our telephone number is (626) 914-0306 and if you call after business hours, we have a message system. Be sure to include your telephone number with your order.
You're also welcome to fax your order to (626) 914-1837. Be sure to include both your fax number and your telephone number. The secure fax is fine for sending credit card information, as well as the phone system, since only employees authorized to do so can check.
 Terms
You will be charged the postage cost for all shipments plus one
dollar to help cover the costs of packaging and handling. California
addresses will be charged the current sales tax rate for Los Angeles
County which is currently 8.25%. We accept Visa, Master Card, American
Express and Discover, check cards with the Visa or Master Card logos
as well as checks & money orders.
All charges are address verified. If the shipment is going to an
address other than where your charge card bill arrives, you must
notify us ahead of time and provide both addresses. Those orders
which fail address verification will not be shipped and the assumption
will be made that it was a fraudulent charge.
Checks
We are more than happy to accept your personal check for your purchase,
however these are subject to bank verification of availability of
funds so please have the funds available when you send your check.
Any check returned by the bank for any reason is subject to a $25.00
service charge. Please write your driver's licence number, the expiration
date and your date of birth on the check. We also require a phone
number on the check so we can reach you in the unlikely event of
a problem.
C.O.D.
If you wish an order to be sent C.O.D. we can accommodate that service. You
pay all shipping and C.O.D. charges regardless of the size of the
order. If you do not accept the order, we will bill you for the
unpaid shipping & C.O.D. charges. Please note: Most new orders are
shipped C.O.D. cash or certified check.
Phone Orders
The quickest and easiest way to make an order with us is to call us. You may use your charge card and the order will be shipped the following working day. We can also accept C.O.D. orders by phone, subject to the same terms as outlined in the C.O.D. section. Our regular store hours are 10:00AM to 7:00PM Tuesday - Saturday and 10:00AM - 5:00PM on Sunday and Monday, PST. You may also call us when we are not open, but please leave a complete message on the machine with a phone number where we can reach you just in case any information was missed.
Canadian Customers
We do ship to Canada, but we charge $3.00 extra for postage, regardless of
the size of the order. Payments must be by international money order
payable in United States dollars, or by credit card.
International Customers
Please contact us directly for shipping costs to your country.
Back Order
This is always a sore subject with firms dealing with mail order. We do not
like to make back orders however due to the unique nature of the
merchandise we deal with, some stock outages do occur. If we feel
we can not obtain items within a reasonable time (15 days) we will
issue a refund check for any difference. We will always be glad
to accept color or type substitutions or a longer period of backorder
time.
Hard To Get Items
This is an area which we pride ourselves in. We handle many hard to get items, as long as they are legal within the state of California. If there is anything you are looking for that is not listed in our catalog, please feel free to contact us about it. We have many sources which can often supply these needed items.
Lost Or Damaged Items
Nothing today is perfect and unfortunately this includes the US Postal Service & U.P.S. Packages do occasionally get "eaten" by both. If you have not received your order or heard from us in some other way within 15 days, please get in touch. We pride ourselves on good service and not like unhappy customers.
Money Back Guarantee
All of our stocked craft items has a 10 day , no questions asked, guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the merchandise and we will issue a refund or exchange credit according to your wishes. We advise you to insure your package. We reserve the right to deduct postage and handling costs. We will not accept items returned C.O.D. or postage due. All returns must be in the same condition as was shipped.
Schools and Instructions
We do accept purchase orders and will adhere to any paperwork requirements
your organization needs. All we ask is that the term be no longer
than 30 days. Please check with us ahead of time to see if we are
already set up to receive purchase orders from your group.
A Very Important Note
All fur and animal parts are from legally taken fur bearers, are
not endangered and are legal in California. We deal only with licensed
fur dealers. If you are not sure of the legality of a particular
fur bearer item in your state, check with your department of Fish
and Game. We will hold you responsible and liable for all fines,
legal fees and damages that may be assessed should we inadvertently
ship an item that has been banned in your state. Viewing or receipt
of this catalog is not to be considered an offer to sell any item
that is banned or restricted by your state.
