Compassion

On this unique recording by Coyote Oldman a Chinese opera singer named Hui (Whey) Cheng steps out of her very structured world of opera to deliver a beautiful improvisational performance where she parallels the sound of the ancient Native American flute with her own extraordinary voice. Listen, it's beautiful. You'll love it.

In Medicine River

This latest recording overflows with unusual musical instruments; traditional Native American flutes, Incan pan pipes, new experimental wooden flutes, thousand-year-old clay flutes of Central America and drums, bells, and rattles from the world over. Michael Graham Allen (who designs and builds his own flutes) teamed up with Michael Fitzsimmon (percussionist) to create this "Journey on a River of Sound."

Cassette - $10.00
CD - $15.95

Landscape

This recording includes tublar bells, a chapman stick, log drums, and associated percission sounds. Remember that all of Coyote Oldman's recordings are acoustic, no synthesizer music. They love to experiment with and explore new sounds.

Tear of the Moon

Michael Allen plays Incan pan pipes from our South American brothers on this recording. Barry Stramp supports the flute sound by evoking American Indian ambiance through sound processing (no sythesizer used).

Thunder Chord

Here Coyote Oldman plays Native American flute, Incan pan pipes, a Medicine flute, and a new instrument, the Titanium Thunder Bass. The resonant thunder sound of their newly devised instrument powerfully underscores the haunting sounds of their handmade acoustic ones.
